Fiancee (Fiance) Visa (K-1), Spouse, V, or K-3 Visa Application (Level 1 Service USCIS Only):
When you pay other Visa Services, or attorneys, this is what you are getting
most times because they do not have contacts, or offices in other countries
like we do. So why pay more for this service. For Premium Service in all Countries,
see below and get the real thing. Includes instructions, document requirements,
application forms. We advise what is required to qualify for the visa, what
items are still needed, if any, fill out the forms, we then file at the USCIS
Service Center (filing fee not included)
Fiancee (Fiance) Visa K-1, Spouse, V, or K-3, Visa Application (Premium Service):
Includes instructions, document requirements, application forms, Embassy
documents, embassy instructions, and typical interview questions. We advise
what is required to qualify for the visa, what items are still needed, if any,
fill out the forms, assist in collecting the needed documents, we will file at
the USCIS Service Center (filing fee not included). Prepare the applicant for
the interview at the Embassy. In all countries assist with collecting information,
assisting in and finding services for the translation of documents in any
country where needed, and in Thailand, China, Brazil, Korea, Russia, India, Japan,
Vietnam, and the Philippines getting the information from your K-1 or K-3 and
completing their forms for you.
Spouse (I-130) and the K - 3 Combined:
We offer a reduced price on our Spouse Visa and the K-3 Visa when both
are done at the same time. Service includes everything included in both packages
at a savings to you over our Premium Service and the K-3 Visa .
Embassy Only Service:
In the various countries we have staff and agents to provide the extra level
of service others just cannot. If your fiancee , spouse or K-3 can travel to
the major cities where we have staff and agents, we will provide assistance
with translations, fill out the forms, advise and assist with, scheduling the
medical, police clearance and visa interview, as well as prepare the applicant
for the interview.
Denied Petitions Any Country:
We interview and prepare the proper appeal documents and all documents through
the entire appeal process in every country, While we cannot guarantee success,
we will advise you at time of review what we believe your chances are.
This service includes all trials, court dates, reviews etc.
The fee to begin cases such as this do not include any required filing fee(s).
I 485 Adjustment of Status Application (Premium Service):
Includes instructions, document requirements, application forms, work authorization
forms, and how to get a Social Security Card. We advise what is required to
qualify for the adjustment, what items are still needed, if any, fill out the
forms for you to file at your Local USCIS Office, (filing fee not included).
Advance Parole (I-131):
We will prepare and file you application, provide the necessary info about
why you need the Advance Parole and the justification for it. Please allow up
to 30 days to receive the permission to travel abroad. Our fee does not include
the filing fee.
Work Authorization (I-765):
We will file the I-765 work authorization for you to obtain employment in the
United States. Price does not include the fee to USCIS for the application.

Note: We do not charge anything extra for children when they accompany the beneficiary, while most others charge a minimum of $200 to $400.00 extra per child.
